Consultancy:
We offer consultancy services to architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and developers, in the design, planning and room data sheets in both new builds as well as revitalization projects.
We also do turnkey projects on medical facilities.
The contracts can include some or all of the following services, depending on the client's requirements:
- Evaluation of the feasibility study to make recommendations of the type of facility that could be planned
- Assisting with proposals to submit to investors
- Working with the architect on layout, room dimensions, area flows etc
- Evaluate equipment requirements with the medical team
- Assist the mechanical and electrical engineers with specific services required for the medical, radiology, dental, kitchen, laundry equipment etc
- Submit room data sheets for all equipment in all areas
- Drawing up of tender documents
- Evaluation of tender submissions
- On-site inspections during the building phase
- Assisting with equipment purchasing
- Receiving of equipment at site
- Setting up the asset register
- Co-ordinate installation, commissioning and training
- Sign off and handover the project
